The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are actively recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established, and forward-thinking organisation.
As a Administrator, you will be responsible for scheduling client annual appointments, handling client enquiries in a timely manor and being somebody who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and building effective relationships with clients.
Your daily responsibilities as an Administrator could include:
- To regularly liaise with existing clients to book their annual appointments with the consultants for their service reviews/handle enquiries/new services.
- Handle client enquiries while following the complaint procedure/guidelines.
- Manage additional administrative duties such as rescheduling appointments handling cancelation requests.
- Constantly updating client profiles/information on the system to maintain a first class service.
- Handle inbound calls effectively regarding appointments/service issues.
- Liaising with internal departments to maintain a first class service.
