The group employs in excess of 500 employees.


Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our internal sales team with this role focusing on the Neville Johnson and London Door brands.


The Internal Sales Exec will be responsible for making outgoing call to customers, inputting data into business systems and supporting the wider sales team.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Make outgoing customer calls to assist sales team with arranging meetings
  • Contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback
  • Work closely with the field sales team on customer engagement
  • Input sales enquiries on to our Data Management system;
  • General sales administration and data processing;
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely and pleasant manner, directing queries to relevant departments where necessary;
  • Meet/exceed monthly target levels of productivity and performance, including lead to appointment conversion.

  • Ability to quickly learn inhouse IT systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent time keeping and demonstrate flexibility to working hours
  • Pleasant and positive telephone manner
  • Work as part of a team but can also use own initiative.
