Location:
Darlington


Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary:
£20,000 - £22,000 pa


We are delighted to be able to offer the rare opportunity to join the Van Monster team as a Customer Support Representative.

Here at Van Monster, we pride ourselves on being commercial vehicle experts and we are incredibly proud of our reputation for being able to source all shapes and sizes of vans for our customers.


Role Overview


As a Customer Service Agent you will play a key role in delivering a first class service through digital communication to customers, creating a 'right first time' culture when dealing with orders, enquiries and complaints.

You will go the extra mile by reflecting on the customers' needs on an individual basis by taking ownership to reach a suitable resolution for all queries or concerns.


You will administrate and resolve vehicle issues that occur under warranty and outside the parameters of Van Monster warranty provision and also convert incoming enquiries via the live chat or telephone into in-branch appointments or call backs from our sales teams during working hours.


You will proactively handle & book appointments for the sales team across all the branches, building a great relationship with the sales team to ensure the transition between appointment booking & sale is easy & seamless for the prospective customer and Aim at all times to give the best possible service experience to customers and prospective customers, helping to create a warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all enquiries & complaints.


With the ability to build rapport & be personable in all styles of communication, you will have genuine interest in wanting to help all our prospective & current customers.


About you

  • Ability to learn thoroughly process and procedures and adapt controls as the business
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Background in a fast paced customer service environment would be advantageous.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills and good attention to detail
  • You build your success on building great relationships whether a colleague or a customer you understand what is important to those you speak with and meet.
