You will need to bring a wealthof experience across support roles, and it would be beneficial to have experience of Cloud Engineering.

This is a brilliant opening for a Operations Support Engineer with experience of working through support roles in software organisations working with Cloud engineering.

In this support position you will be working to support software Products and thereforethere is a high level of technical expertise needed.

Some of the tech that it would be beneficial to have expertise with are AWS infrastructure, CI/CD tools, Scripting languages (Powershell/Python) and Linux/Unix.
