DevOps Engineer - £600 - £700 Per Day - 6 months - Hybrid Working - London

Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading FTSE financial services organisation who are looking for a DevOps Engineer ideally from a software development background to join one of their growing teams in London.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the technical implementation of the DevOps platform working closely with their product owners.
Be accountable for platform quality within your team.
Play a key role in the buildout, migration to and operation of the data platforms.
Make architectural designs and decisions.
Help solve interesting and difficult technical challenges.
Maintain a common set of tools and standards, shared across the company.
Evaluate new technology, ensuring the platform stays relevant.

Technology Stack:

Minimum of 4 years' experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Azure
Terraform
Kubernetes

Extensive knowledge of Infrastructure as code, containerisation, automation and monitoring tools
Experience designing, building and operating highly available, highly scalable systems.
Understanding of data platform and tooling in the data domain.
Experience leading a technical team.
