Description
Working with the Strategic Asset Manager, you will be involved in a project to update and enhance the asset data in order to support the delivery of maintenance services to our customer.
You will carry out tasks allocated to you by the Asset Manager or Head of Engineering. These tasks include cleansing data, ensuring consistency between sites/information sets and identifying inconsistenciesIn support of the re-bid on the contract, you will provide data sets to the customer and bid team.
You will deal with requests from the operations and procurement team and resolve issues highlighted to you.
Main Duties
- Align data from different sources into a single data set.
- Update asset details on the CAFM system in line with asset policies
- Document process and procedures for the asset, operations and PPM team
- Analyse data to determine where gaps in data and job plans exist
- Carry out improvement tasks as set by the Strategic Asset Manager
- Assist with data production for the tender rebid
- Validate asset data from site visits and submissions from the operations team
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Essential Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel data manipulation and analysis skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent general computer skills
Desirable skills
- Knowledge of ISO 55000
- Maximo or other CAFM system
