(Part Time) Sales Administrator - Telford - Permanent
L & C Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company in Telford that are looking for a new (Part Time) Sales Administrator.
Working closely with the Sales, Marketing & other internal teams, you'll be providing a key support role to internal sales staff and key customers based in the UK & abroad.
This busy but rewarding role is a permanent position and comes with the opportunity to work from home on a regular, hybrid basis.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
- Provide admin & customer support
- Process orders, order acknowledgements, check part numbers etc
- Handle queries and complaints
- Raise & issue quotes
- Promote sales opportunities through up and cross selling products
- Confirm stock availability, part numbers etc
- KPIs
To be considered for this role, you will have worked in a similar sales support role previously - ideally within manufacturing.
You will have excellent communication skills, be a flexible team player, have a professional approach and appearance, a confident manner and high IT literacy.
Hours of work are part time, but will ideally be 09:00 - 14:30, Monday - Friday. There is the opportunity to work from home on a regular (though not permanent) basis.There maybe the need for some work travel to exhibitions, customer sites etc from time to time.
The site is accessible from Shrewsbury, Telford, Wolverhampton, Newport, Shifnal, Market Drayton, Perton etc
