My client is seeking an experienced, logical and ambitious Helpdesk Support Technician in the Southampton area, to join an expanding team.

Salary 20K-25K DOE.

Responsibilities:


  • Responding to tickets and answering calls.
  • Provide remote support in order to resolve problems.
  • Liaise with the wider IT team; managing and escalating tickets.
  • Onsite tech support, on client sites.
  • Meeting SLAs and adhering KPIs.
  • Update and contribute to documentations.
  • Offboarding and Onboarding users.
  • Monitoring backups and reporting on issues; daily.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in IT support environment.
  • MSP environment.
  • Experience of supporting Windows Desktop.
  • Knowledge of PC, Laptop and Printer hardware.
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite.
  • Basic Knowledge Cabling and It Networking.
  • Great interpersonal skills, perfect communications skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving capacity/ logical.
  • Full driver's Licence.

Desirables:

  • VoIP support


  • Office 36

  • Mac OSX
  • Server Admin
  • Any IT certifications are a bonus e.g. CCNA etc
