IT Security Engineer - CISSP, CEH, NIST, ISO27001, SIEM


A midsized law firm client of ours are currently looking to take on a new IT Security Engineer (CISSP, CEH, NIST, ISO27001, SIEM) to join their team on a permanent basis.

They are a firm of 800 users globally but a smaller userbase of 60 in London and anIT team of 2.

This team supports both the London office as well as the global userbase.

This role requires an all rounder - specifically someone who does not mind rolling up their sleeves, this means you will get involved in a wide range of areas and have alot of autonomy.

To be considered for this IT Security Engineer (CISSP, CEH, NIST, ISO27001, SIEM) role it's ideal that you have:

  • 5-7 Years within previous IT Security roles
  • Security/IT qualifications such as CISSP (preferred) or others such as CEH, GSEC, CCNA
  • A Computer Science OR Information/Cyber security degree.

Role responsibility:


Manage the firm's security systems as well as collaborating in the design, implementation, and support of secure system architectures in a large ever-changing environment.

Monitor, analyze, and optimize security alerts and events for all enterprise securityinfrastructure technologies. Act as a focal point of the firm's Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) process. Position is both technical and non-technical and requires working across multiple information security domains.
