Successful teaching experience within Further Education experience of supporting individual learners across wide range levels range learning physical sensory disabilities including Autism PMLD learners who present behaviour challenges others You will need relevant teaching qualification or working towards achieving this It essential Level Maths English excellent communication organisational planning skills person-centred manner using total communication approach computer skills technology enrich teaching learning assessment positive proactive flexible approach strong commitment excellence student success.
