Chartered Surveyor (RICS) - Brighton - Salary £50K Basic + Car

On behalf of our clients we are seeking a RICS qualified Chartered Surveyor to work within the Valuation Team, based in central Brighton offices.

Our clients are well-established, independent, firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents, offering a comprehensive range of Agency, Letting, Property Management and Valuation services, in relation to both commercial and residential property, across Sussex.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Undertaking Commercial and Residential Valuation Reports and Lease Advisory work
Office based primarily covering East and West Sussex
Working as part of a team of two Directors and a Graduate Surveyor and liaising with our Property Management Department

Required Skills and Experience

MRICS or AssocRICS qualified ideally with 3 years post qualification experience.
Ability to produce accurate and high quality valuation reports
Local market knowledge preferred but not essential
Understanding of regulatory requirements to include Red Book
