6 month Fixed Term Contract
Operating a hybrid working model with occasional travel to our Oxford and/or London office.
JOB PURPOSE
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Build a strong knowledge of teacher and learner needs, including attending training events and monitoring customer queries and social media
Co-ordinate research activity, including setting up and supporting the delivery of focus groups (face to face and remote) surveys or interviews
Co-ordinate testing and trialling activity, including liaising with teachers, examiners and internal stakeholders, preparing and distributing materials, collating feedback and sharing with the MFL team
Content development
Maintain meeting documentation including minutes, actions, owners and deadlines
Set up contracts and manage payments for suppliers, ensuring that deadlines are set and met
Support colleagues in the development of qualification support, including training materials, exemplars and teaching and learning materials
Prepare and quality assure materials
Customer support
Support the team in using data, such as examination entry volumes, to contribute towards achieving retention targets
Collate feedback and identify patterns to inform support and training needs
Work with internal stakeholders to set up training schedules
Review customer feedback and customer satisfaction scores to identify areas for improvement for the team
Experience
Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders

Experience of delivering to deadlines
Experience of working in a team
Experience of working with data
Experience of working in an education context (desirable)
Experience of working with languages or a strong interest in languages (desirable)
