Zest4Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Associate to join their existing team offering an environmental business service solution.

This role is due to continued expansion and offers excellent opportunity for career progression.

A competitive basic salary of £26k is on offer with bonuses and on target earnings of £30k in your first year.


To be successful in the role you will be an excellent communicator and have some experience in either customer service or a sales related role.

You will be self-motivated, a team player and keen to learn. Full training will be provided with continuous progression encouraged. If you are a recruitment consultant used to interaction with a variety of business but want to move

The Customer Service Administrator key responsibilities will include;

  • Liaising with an existing portfolio of clients and offering excellent customer service
  • Identifying clients' needs and looking for opportunities to introduce other business services as required.
  • Resolving customer issues by working as a team and liaising with sales and operations to ensure timely resolution.
  • Nurturing current business relationships to ensure the client is satisfied with the service and renews their contract in line with their business needs.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and department to ensure continuity and business focus.
