Call Centre Agent - Denton

Duties:


  • Dealing with inbound calls and offering resolutions.
  • Managing difficult conversations with customers.
  • Entering data onto the CRM system with notes of customer accounts.
  • Following processes and guidelines to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Achieving personal and team targets.
  • Day to day handling of multichannel communications.
  • Identify customer needs to appropriate solutions.
  • Participate on ongoing training programs.

Essential:


  • Previous experience in internal sales and contact centre.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident in your ability to achieve realistic targets.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Attention to detail.

Other information:

Free parking.

  • Salary £20,500 with OTE £28k £32k.37.5 hours a week on a rota between 8:30am7:00pm.
  • Extensive training programme.
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
Successful applicants would be required to undertake a DBS and CCJ check before offer of employment is made.
