Responsibilities:
- Preparing outgoing documents/offers
- Document Management of incoming sales packs
- Instructing solicitors on new deals
- Arranging appointments for the sales team
- Diary management of internal field agents
- Management of external agencies
- Arranging surveys & inspections
- Keeping CRM systems up to date
- Assisting the sales team on the phone, gathering information from potential clients
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask
- Computer literate, particularly with MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
£19,016.45-£27,500.00 per year
