Property Rescue is a dynamic, fast-paced property trading and investment business that buys and sells residential properties. The Sales Team is at the core of our organisation. An opportunity for a strong Sales Support Adminstrator to join this vibrant team has arisen.

Responsibilities:


  • Preparing outgoing documents/offers
  • Document Management of incoming sales packs
  • Instructing solicitors on new deals
  • Arranging appointments for the sales team
  • Diary management of internal field agents
  • Management of external agencies
  • Arranging surveys & inspections
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date
  • Assisting the sales team on the phone, gathering information from potential clients

Requirements:


  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask
  • Computer literate, particularly with MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£19,016.45-£27,500.00 per year

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
