Are you a commercial property solicitor interested in a new challenge? Hunter Savage is currently partnering with this leading national law firm to recruit a real estate associate for their Glasgow office.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Partner and get exposure to complex and interesting real estate work.
This role would suit a qualified solicitor ideally 3 + years PQE and with previous real estate experience.Our Client
Our client is a top 50 full service law firm with an impressive global client base and who have won a number of awards both for quality of service and also as an employer of choice.
They have a highly rated UK wide real estate team led by some really impressive Partners who are very much experts in their respective fields.
The real estate team has a strong growth plan over the next few years and as such they are growing their real estate team in Glasgow.
The team do a really interesting spread of high quality commercial property work to include some really interesting work across sustainable energy and green infrastructure.
The Role
The real estate associate will get involved in a broad mix of high quality real estate work and be responsible for working with an impressive client base and advising them across all aspects of the property life cycle from acquisitions to lettings, portfolio management and disposal of a broad range of commercial property assets including retail and leisure premises, offices and industrial properties.
The Person
Ideally you should meet the following criteria
- Qualified Solicitor 3 + years PQE
- Demonstrable experience of working on a broad range of commercial property transactions
- A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be selfmotivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
- Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, and an appetite for keeping uptodate with the latest developments in your practice and sector focus
- Understand your clients business needs and act in the best interests of the firm and the client
- Ambitious and enthusiastic team player able to support fee earners
