Facilities Co-ordinator

Move South Ltd are looking for a skilled Facilities Co-ordinator to facilitate services across our busy

Estate Agency business covering 31 branches across the South of England and Kent.

  • Car Leases
  • Company car staff compliance
  • Parking Permits
  • Branch Health & Safety Checks
  • Property Lease renewals
  • Branch Cleaning Services
  • Business Council Tax Rates
  • Waste Services
The role will ideally be based in one of our Southern Branches (Chatham, Maidstone or Tunbridge

Wells) depending on location and will be part time 3 days per week (7.5 hours per day Mon-Wed

  • Fri).
positive attitude, and must have previous experience of premises and facilities management.
