Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a high-quality early years setting in Warwick.

The successful candidate will support children's learning and development by delivering engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities



Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children



Plan, deliver, and evaluate age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS



Act as a key person, supporting children's emotional and developmental needs



Observe, assess, and record children's progress



Build strong partnerships with parents and carers



Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed at all times



Support daily routines including meals, toileting, and personal care



Work collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care

Requirements



Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)



Strong knowledge and experience of the EYFS framework



Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting



Excellent communication and teamwork skills



A caring, reliable, and professional approach



Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
