Your Role:


This role is heavily collaborative with both the embedded staff and stakeholder personnel, you must be able to work within a team and have the autonomy to work independently when required.


  • Dependable and experienced support staff that are not afraid to own problems and incidents and deliver solutions to issues.
  • Contribution to the customers design and implementation of WINTEL equipment and systems
  • Liaising and working collaboratively with other Third Parties, Resolver Groups, and any other persons specified by the customer to implement Service Changes and technical changes and resolve Level 3 WINTEL Incidents, Level 3 WINTEL Problems and Level 3WINTEL Defects
  • Generating high level designs (HLDs) and low level designs (LLDs) for subsets of System WINTEL capability
  • Updating Design Documentation to capture changes in the design of WINTEL equipment and systems
  • Creating user build guides and configuration instructions for the installation of WINTEL equipment and systems and provide support to product selection.

Your Experience:


  • Strong skills in Microsoft Windows Server 201
  • Active Directory & Group Policy management, design and support
  • Microsoft HyperV virtualization or VMware experience
  • Windows Server technologies such as Skype For Business, Exchange 2012/16, MIM, SharePoint
  • Security technologies such as McAfee AV / ePolicy Orchestrator, DPM, VMM
  • Documentation and design, including Agile delivery
  • PowerShell and other scripting experience
