_SALES - BUSINESS OPERATIONS _

Day job Monday -Friday 8am-5pm


Liftech Garage Equipment is a small family business based in the outskirt of Preston (between Preston and Black) one of the leading Garage Equipment suppliers in the UK with over 15 years of experience supplying Hydraulic Vehicle lifts ( 2 Post, 4 Post vehicle lifts, Tyre Equipments, wheel balancer, loading ramps etc....)



We are looking for someone who will:

  • Build solid customer relationships to support increased customer satisfaction.
  • Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the product and provide actionable information to resolve the problem, basic electrical and hydraulic knowledge will be an advantage
*Where possible improve efficiency by planning work in geographic clusters.

  • Organise, book all deliveries with several hauliers and private van driver efficiently
  • Coordinate the installation of all garage equipment, liaise with service engineers and customers to ensure clarity of plans.
  • The ability to develop clear and logical stepbystep plans which set out what needs to happen, how, when and by whom.

Good Telephone Manners
*Basic Computer Skill.

  • Warehouse duty, dismantling equipment, wrapping for transport.
*Able to operate a forklift truck would be an advantage.

A customer-centric approach to service and support with a professional telephone manner.

*Excellent communication skills, ability to be confident, patient, polite, tactful and diplomatic, when dealing with challenging situations.

*Experience working in a customer technical role, ideally a fast-paced support position, with proven problem solving and customer service skills.

9 hours shifts (Extra hours maybe available...)

Day job Monday -Friday

Closed Weekends and Bank Holidays (occasional Saturday AM customer's appointment for collections once or twice a month for a few hours)
