    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in London.

    The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining relationships, and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention.

    Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing customer data, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

    Qualifications
    Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
    Proven experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
    Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and derive actionable insights
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
    Relevant degree or equivalent experience in customer success or a related field
