The role

What will you be doing?
Unum UK have an exciting opportunity available for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our Facilities & Maintenance team in Basingstoke


What will you bring?
This person will be responsible for providing general support for the upkeep and maintenance of our buildings and grounds.

This will include driving assignments, operation and maintenance of equipment, office moves and relocations, as well as other duties as required.

You will also be expected to document Health and Safety records related to Facilities tasks.

There will also be the responsibility to take on ad hoc duties as and when required, offering support to reception, and visiting our other site in Dorking to support the wider team.

We will provide full training in our processes, there is no requirement to have experience in a facilities role. This person will also need to be physically capable of manual work, moving furniture, climbing ladders etc.

Our team is small, so we would like someone to be a strong team-player and able to build positive relationships with both external contractors and our internal staff.


This is a great opportunity for someone to take their career in a different direction or get started in facilities & maintenance.

A clean UK driving license is essential for this role.
