Technology Support Officer
Salary up to £32,000 + Benefits
South London
CPS Group are currently working with an Education Organisation in London who have an excellent opportunity for a Technology Support Officer to be based in one of their South London / Kent Academies
In this position you would be providing technical support to aid teaching and learning within the school. This is a brand new position that will help bridge the gap between school based IT learning and teaching.

This is a hands on role working in schools, with staff and students in and around lessons and all elements of usable technology.

There will also be opportunities to work with senior leaders within the trust to create and implement new IT strategies in schools.

Also, due to the nature of the work you will be required to pass a DBS check.
Tech savvy
Experience within either IT support / Helpdesk / User Support either in office or retail environment would be an advantage
Broad knowledge and interest in technology
Desire to help, support end users
Good foundation IT knowledge and experience
A desire to become an IT generalist and learn many new IT skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with end user devices is desirable
Experience with audio/visual IT support is desirable
Any knowledge or experience within iPad, chrome OS a benefit
Some networking, cyber knowledge also useful
