Contracts Manager

A leading renowned global law firm are seeking a Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis in London.

The Firm solves complex problems with their expertise in multiple different practice areas, representing multiple global top brands, exciting start-ups, and some of the world's wealthiest families.


Your New Position:

Working under the General Counsel, the role entails initiating the Firms diligence processes as well as providing contract negotiation and contract management services


Among the responsibilities are:

  • Managing the lifecycle of the Firm's UK supplier contracts.
  • Responsible for reviewing and negotiating agreements including UK supplier agreements.
  • Identifying key risks with new contracts and agreements and escalate them to relevant teams.
  • Assist with the ongoing development of contract management systems and the process for how a contract lifecycle is maintained.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders and other departments to understand key timelines and requirements for various agreements.
  • Updating contract templates and manage existing contract lifecycles.
  • Support ongoing training for the Business Service teams.
  • Assist with new Firm wide projects, onboarding various suppliers and contract timelines.

About You:


  • Law degree or equivalent qualification essential.
  • At least 2 years contract experience with progressive responsibilities.
  • Whole contract lifecycle and risk management experience essential.
  • Experience in data protection law is desirable.
  • Need to be confident, proactive, and driven.

Salary:

The successful Contracts Manager will be offered £53,000 - £63,000 per annum depending on experience.
