A quality Lettings Agent in Ormskirk are looking to recruit a Letting Negotiator to join their busy and thriving team.

We now require a Letting Negotiator to manage a portfolio of private properties.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Registering new applicants
  • Generating viewings.
  • Negotiating Tenancies
  • Following up and carrying out feedback
  • Negotiating lets
  • Dealing with ongoing management issues

Requirements:


  • Full, clean driving licence
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5pm.

Every other Saturday 10:00am - 2pm


Salary:
From £18,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License (preferred)
