£21,255 basic salary, OTE £25,000

Customer Service Advisor - The Role:

  • Handling a high volume of customer interactions per day
  • Booking telephone appointments using inbound and outbound calls and their new web chat technology.
  • Managing customers expectations.
  • Working closely with internal departments and assisting the office with administrative tasks.
  • Taking ownership, problem solving and ensuring a successful resolution for each call.
  • Ensuring every interaction is right first time to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Energised by a fast pace of work
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Self
