An excellent opportunity to join a well-established IFA firm who are based in Northampton.

This company is directly authorised and specialise in providing advice in pensions, investments and protection as well as providing corporate services.

The firm are now in a position to appoint a Corporate Support Administrator to join their growing team.

The role will provide the opportunity to work with the Corporate Pension Advisers and Employee Benefit Consultants maintaining existing relationshipswhilst developing new opportunities with new clients.


The Role:


  • Support the Advisors and Consultants with all administration duties as required for employer meetings and presentations.
  • General workplace enquiries from employers around scheme rules and supporting with follow up actions from member meetings.
  • Requesting governance reports, bulk data and copying workforce data from providers as well as member data from Employers and Payroll to update our records and process renewals.
  • Manage / update auto enrolment review processes and record through central records.
  • Writing reports and completing monthly research storing relevant information on the backoffice system as well as updating documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential

  • Minimum 2 years' experience of working in an IFA / Wealth management practice or Employee Benefits organisation.
  • Ability to manage own workload whilst meeting deadlines.
  • Confident communication skills including telephone together and a willing to deal with clients, providers and employers.
Desired

  • Administering corporate pension / Employee Benefit schemes including setting up new schemes as well as auto enrolment rules & employer duties.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits including DIS, PMI, Private Health + cash plans.

  • Salary of up to £27,500, depending on experience
