We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Marketing Executive.
As a Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads.
Main location: South East Kent

You will be required to:
- Manage paid advertising including PPC and Paid Social.
- Routinely test and optimise channels, audiences, creative and copy to maximise current and longterm ROI.
- Manage and track various campaigns from end to end; strategy, implementation, deployment, optimisation, monitoring, reporting and analysis.
- Write engaging web, social, and digital content, combining this with highquality imagery/video assets and content.
- Responsible for the management of the website and thirdparty portal information.
- Responsible for obtaining market research such as current trends, helping to identify key insights and improve marketing.
Requirements:
- Experience in property marketing, customer service or social media management.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- High level of IT literacy with the ability to learn and utilise a range of different IT systems.
- Proficiency in video editing and photography.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and analytical capability.
- Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working.
- Experience with COINS, Adobe Creative Suite and Magento is desirable.
