Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion to learn a fast paced administrative role within the apprenticeship team?


This role is a great opportunity for someone with the right drive and ambition to learn to provide administrative support to the apprenticeship team based within the Trust.

We are a highly motivated team and pride ourselves on developing and delivering high quality training opportunities for new and current employees.


You will share our enthusiasm and maintain good links with a wide range of learners, line managers, educators and associated external partners.

As well as being part of a team you must have the confidence and discipline to work on your own initiative, prioritise your workload and manage time sensitive caseloads.


The job role will include being supported to uploading data and confidential information, maintain and produce spread sheets with data tracking, learn how to use apprenticeship IT systems and become competent at supporting general administrative duties across the wider team.

This post requires a flexible approach to working as some out of hours working may be required occasionally.

  • Support any administrative requirements of the Apprenticeship/WP team
  • Book appropriate rooms to enable the delivery of classroom based taught sessions
  • Maintain apprenticeship/WP student databases
  • Upload learner information to relevant systems
  • Provide administrative support to the Apprentice/WP team at times of increased capacity of work load for them
  • Support interviews for Apprenticeships/WP programmes
