A family owned large private housebuilder is looking for a Site Manager to join their team based in the Stirling / Perth region.

Our client is looking for a Site Manager who have experience working within the private housing sector and an eye for details ensuring that they continue to grow the company's reputation.

This position will be ideal for someone with a proven track record ofworking for a high end volume house builders in a similar role.


Your duties within the role will include:

  • Planning and organising all labour on site, including sub contractors
  • Quality control
  • Maintaining Health and Safety
  • Keeping site records and registers up to date
  • Ensuring site is safe and tidy place to work and visit
  • Customer care

To be considered you must have a proven track record working within the Private Residential Sector in a similar role and have all relevant qualifications including an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
