THE ROLE:


This exciting opportunity is based in our client's busy technical department supporting the re-mortgage team, you will be responsible for carrying out checks throughout the re-mortgage process and alerting the case handler of any specific requirements to enablethem to process the transaction.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the compliance with CML requirements, lender conditions, process requirements, adherence to LEXCEL, SRA, AML, cybercrime protocols and any other professional obligation and agreed protocolswhich reduce the possibility of financial and legal risk.


THE CANDIDATE:


The successful Paralegal will have proven experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing (ideally paralegal experience but not essential) and be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent).

The ability to prioritise workload whilst working towards deadlinesis essential together with having a high attention to detail. You will be a good communicator and able to work well as part of a busy team. It would be advantageous to have experience of case management systems (but not essential), however strong IT skillsare vital.
