Requirements:


Customer Service Excellence and Communication Proficiency:

As an Operations Agent, your primary duty is to deliver exceptional customer service. Effective communication is the bedrock of this role.

At times, you may also step into the shoes of a Service Centre Receptionist, so you should be adept at welcoming visitors, addressing inquiries, and managing appointments with grace.

The ability to remain composed and professional, even in the face of challenging or difficult customer interactions, is paramount.

As an Operations Agent, you'll encounter a multitude of challenges and issues while striving to meet customer satisfaction and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.

Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
