Description

Previous experience using a press brake required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Prepares, sets up, and adjusts press brake
  • Read and understand engineering drawings
  • Operate the press brake machine to specification required
  • Inspect material, reporting any imperfections or problems
  • Pressing mild steel raging from 2mm12mm
  • Experience pressing Hardox will be deemed advantageous but not essential
  • Meet weekly targets set
  • Performs routine maintenance
  • Good communication skills
  • Complying with all current and any new health and safety regulations
  • Willing to learn new skills within an engineering workshop setting
