Hybrid working between our head office (Aldgate, London) and home
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours a week

Contract:
Full-time, permantent


Salary:
£60,000 - £65,000 p.a

Annual Leave: 33 days (plus eight bank holidays)

About the role:


As our Head of Projects, a new department within Dementia UK, you will be responsible for leading our strategic projects and supporting organisational development programmes.

You will ensure effective delivery of all major projects across our organisation, creating and establishing our project management methodologies. Your work will support our continued drive towards encouraging excellent cross-team collaboration.

You will strive towards creating an exceptionally customer focused service and be involved in a number of key strategic activities to ensure ongoing productivity through great project management, whilst building a business plan to form a new Project Management Office (PMO).

You will be highly IT literate at intermediate level across all office platforms, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive, you will hold a professional project management qualification.

You will have experience of having delivered complex projects, writing and delivering business cases, plans and reports to share, inform and advise.

Ultimately you will be a confident communicator, with the ability to juggle many key objectives and establish priorities to support Dementia UK's operational and strategic goals.
