    Description
    Residential Senior Carer Role

    At a Barchester care home, you will lead the care of residents to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your responsibilities include training and supervising care staff, administering and ordering medication, reviewing resident care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with healthcare professionals.

    This is a Bank position, which means you will work on an as-needed basis to provide cover for annual leave or sick leave. The hours and days you work will vary.

    We are seeking candidates with NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, previous experience in residential care settings, and strong leadership skills. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents.

    Requirements:

    • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
    • Previous experience in residential care settings
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Ability to make appropriate decisions to support the needs and wellbeing of our Residents
