Talent Connector Analyst


Location:
Remote / Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK

Duration: 12 Months


Day rate:
£312.50 Per Day, Inside IR35


Key Responsibilities:

  • Along with your Talent Connector team, you will play a critical role in staffing at supporting this connection of our people to projects is at the heart of our business.
  • You will serve as a key point of contact for project executives regarding all internal role fulfillment to help them build the best teams for our clients.
  • You'll build and leverage the skills of the business area you support and connect regularly with executives to understand the details of their open roles and advise them on key staffing opportunities and challenges i.e. provide timely communication on demandthat may be at risk.

  • Represent business priorities for the areas you support and conveying key messages to project executives.
  • Work cross functionally with Human Resources to cocreate solutions to challenging roles needing to be filled.
  • Leverage data and reporting to monitor key staffing metrics, collaborating with your Talent Connector team to address gaps. Ensure high quality demand data and accuracy of all
Assignments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor ́s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience
  • Advanced English level (MANDATORY)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree preferably with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management
  • Prior consulting experience or HR/Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience working with large, fast paced organizations
  • Excel skills
  • Experienceusing HCM tools (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, etc.)

  • Effective communication and relationship management skills
  • Problem solving/research
  • Customer service/customer relationship management
  • Excel and Analytics skills
  • Result Oriented
  • Have skills/experience in 2 or more of the following key areas: o Communications Development and Delivery o Supply Chain Talent Management o Supply and Demand Collaboration o Value Architecture & Realization o Workforce Scheduling

  • Comfortable workingin a remote or inperson environment
We require minimum presence in office - Newcastle 1 day per week. We can be open to full remote if needed and if there is a change in price.
