Do you want to start your early years career in an independent, family-run organisation? The Spinney Day Nursery in Chester are looking for a childcare apprentice to join their supportive team and train with an awarding winning provider to gain their level 2.

They have an exciting opportunity for a childcare apprentice to join the team.
In your role you will be;
Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS and statutory requirements.
Keeping children safe and well
Supporting children's routines
Day to day health and safety
Training Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. The Spinney Day Nursery will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day
If successful, you will complete a level 2 early years practitioner apprentice programme, which includes;
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Qualification
Functional skills in Maths and English if required

This will be delivered through The Spinney Day Nursery's dedicated training provider, Realise
Personal Qualities

Entry Requirements and Qualifications

Academic ability to complete their level 2 or 3 apprenticeship in Early Years and an interest in Child Development as well as their own
