Position:
Multi-Trade support & Site Supervisor

As the on-site point of contact the site supervisor will liaise with tradesmen and project managers to maintain the smooth running of the project. This includes providing support to trades as required, This project is a small internal refurbishment within a school. Full schedule of works and support from site management provided

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

Be the main point of contact on-site:

• Perform daily inspections of the site to ensure that proper equipment is being used on the job.
• Coordinate with other tradesmen and project managers to ensure that all tasks are completed in line with Schedule of Works
• Receive and coordinate site deliveries
• Support tradesmen with additional labour
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Experience:

• Experience of working in the construction industry across multiple trades.

SSSTS and CSCS card required

First Aid desirable

Own transport and tools required


Job Type:
Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 weeks


Salary:
£25.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rotherham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (required)
• SSSTS (required)
