Based in Manchester, you will be the customer service representative helping clients claim back SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax)

Main Responsibilities:

Handling all warm leads and following them up via telephone
Dealing with all web enquiries
Building a relationship and factfinding with customers
Discussing the various options on products available
Answering all questions and providing detailed information
Negotiating and closing sales opportunities
Working to KPI's and achieving targets Skills and Experience
A background in claims, ppi or any claim related background
Confident in picking the phone up, rapport building and negotiating
Money motivated and target driven.
Ensuring details are up to date on our system.
Responding to incoming queries from clients.
Liaising with internal departments and external legal teams to ensure timely results.
Identifying legal & compliance requirements.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
