We have a great opportunity for you to join our growing Team Leaders group in the Primary Department and become part of a strong group of knowledgeable individuals.

Key responsibilities:

Delivers very high standards in production area all the time such as startup checks, walk away standards, delivering the product as per product specification, deliver and never fail on HACCP, CCP
Drived the team to deliver the production plan and 5S, health and safety
In time recording performance in the area by filling SIC sheets and updating operational boards
Forward thinking and reacting to unplanned circumstances/changes
Be the voice in communication between the team, shift leaders and managers, and vice versa
Work closely with the Shift Leaders

To be successful in this role you will need:

You are fully flexible at work and can work any rotas or hours on short notice
You have good attendance and time keeping
You are a team player and have the passion to drive the team
You are good at both written and verbal communication
You have good numeracy and analytical skills and have a good eye for detail
You have food manufacturing experience
You have a good knowledge of 5S and food safety
You can work under pressure

Good to have but not essential:

Training or knowledge on Critical Control Points
CCP
Training or knowledge of short interval control sheet
SIC
Training and knowledge of metal detector and label verification
Have good knowledge of the Primary Department
Work in a fastmoving environment and have good knowledge of short shelf life production
