Our organisation is seeking an IT Security Specialist who will be responsible for providing expert support to our internal IT teams.
As an IT Security Specialist, you will work with our groups throughout an outage to ensure that the organisation's data is adequately protected against breaches and third party interventions.
This position is for a self-motivated individual who is detail oriented and not afraid to take a leading role in complex situations.
Responsibilities:
- Keep information secure and secret.
- Keep IT platforms safe and running smoothly.
- Be constantly aware of the latest online security risks and techniques.
- Keep an eye out for unusual activity.
- Resolve issues quickly.

- Protect client's data from damage or theft.
- Assess current IT security plans continually to ensure protection against potential attacks.
- Assist in dealing with any threat to information privacy or integrity.

Salary:
£66,068.00-£72,808.00 per year
