To provide administrative support to Community Living Well


This includes:
to work professionally and effectively with senior colleagues, management, and staff employed by the organisation.

To demonstrate excellent communication skills which will contribute and enhance patients experience.

Making phone calls on behalf of the service to patients and other services/ teams.

Uses office equipment, computer, photocopier, etc., to ensure efficient production of work

To book appointments on IAPTUS and write appointment letters

To use IAPTUS regularly to support the team to maintain accurate records of care provided and ensure team are meeting KPIs


As the job is a 37.5 hour per week post, which we hope is completed across a 5 day week, this will be well suited to someone who can offer shifts from 8.00 am until 8.00 pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 am to 5.00 pm on Friday.


Community Living Well brings together a range of health care professionals who have specialist skills in working with people who have mental health needs.

This community mental health service aims to deliver excellent integrated, recovery focused and evidence-based health and social care.

Answering telephone calls and taking messages accurately and keeping message log as required

Uses office equipment, computer, photocopier, etc., to ensure efficient production of work

Ability to manage and prioritise own workload, working autonomously within set guidelines and parameters.

Reporting to the team leader who will provide guidance for non-routine or complex matters

Filing and archiving

Minute taking

Excellent communication skills with patients, carers, team members on a daily basis and communication reflects the trusts values.

Making phone calls on behalf of the service to collect feedback from patients.
