We have recently gained a new package of care bringing many fresh and exciting opportunities to join our new team in Telford.


We are looking for compassionate and committed Support Workers / Healthcare Assistants, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.


Please note that you will be working with one service user in his home and not working across multiple service users

Meet our service user


Our service user is a young man in his 20's with a fantastic sense of humour who lives with his loving family in Telford and requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.


He is very sociable, with a Zest for life, and likes to keep himself busy, he has a full diary of activities that he attends and is always keen for care staff to be proactive and help identify any other opportunities for him to access the community and explore.


Our service user enjoys watching football and supports Wolverhampton Wanderers and has previously been to the Molineux to watch them play.

This is something that he would love to do again, as part of his dedicated care team, you will play a big part in making this possible


You will be required to assist him with enjoying his hobbies, interests and accessing his social activities, as well as meeting his care needs, this could include personal care and supporting with his mobility when required.

Our ideal team will support our service user to live as independently and fulfilled as possible. Confidence, Patience, and understanding are key qualities for this role.

We are looking for staff who are comfortable around pets as there is a cat in the property.


Please note that it is essential for this role to have had a driving licence for over 3 years.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Essential Experience Required

  • 3 months previous care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling
  • Driving Licence (At least held for 3+ years)

Desirable Experience

  • Autism Experience
  • Cerebral Palsy Awareness

We have the following shifts available;

  • Part Time Days Available
  • Sundays 8:30am 5:30pm
  • Ad Hoc Shifts Available

Take a look at our pay rates

Weekdays :
£13.00 per hour (£195 approx. per 15 hour shift)

Saturday :
£14.00 per hour (£126 approx. per 9 hour shift)

Sunday :
£14.00 per hour (£126 approx. per 9 hour shift)

Bank Holiday :
£15.00 per hour (£225 approx. per 15 hour shift)
