We are seeking a Service Coordinator to work within our Specialist Catering and Refrigeration Maintenance Department.

We are a family run business and have been established since 1986 and provide service and repair to the contract catering industry, FM sector, schools, colleges, and universities on a national basis.

Starting from £22, £24,000.00 PA (depending on experience), Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm (drivers licence essential due to location)

Due to the continued success the company is seeking to recruit a part time Service Coordinator/ Engineer Planner to work in the company's head office in Basildon.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded and established family run business.

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for coordinating service activities to TWO Services maintenance customers, which include the arranging of TWO Services Maintenance engineers' visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Computer literate.
  • Ensuring that information regarding service calls is passed to the engineer or subcontractor without delay.
  • Ensuring that all service calls are dealt with quickly and that client information is recorded correctly.
  • To provide quotations to clients for parts following a service visit.
  • Ensuring that all parts are correctly ordered and delivered on time, and that engineers collect parts from the office promptly.
  • Ensuring that service visits are organised and booked in with clients or to check that this is carried out by a service administrator.
  • Ensuring that spare parts are ordered promptly to meet customer service targets or their KPIs.
  • Ensuring that spares parts are checked to ensure the correct items have been delivered and are not damaged.
  • Ensure that engineers receive their spare parts to meet schedule maintenance visits.
  • Provide support to Maintenance HQ team activities where and when requested by the Service Manager.
  • Scanning job sheets.
  • Answering calls from clients and logging jobs on the company database.
  • Manage client accounts where requested by the Service Manager.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
