The role:


The consultancy has achieved fantastic growth over the past few years and the next twelve months show no sign of that slowing down, with some really exciting things in the diary.

This means that they are at absolute capacity for the staff they have and needto expand, which is where you come in.


You will be responsible for delivery of PR, Social Media, Content and Internal Communications activity across a set of retained and project-based clients, across consumer and B2B sectors such as home and property, drink, tech & automotive with a healthydollop of social media involvement.

The scope of this work may encompass a variety of service areas, including media relations, influencer outreach, copywriting, event management, social media content planning, social media management, social media customerservice, stakeholder communications, editorial planning, e-communications and website content management.


Common to all aspects of the role will be the requirement to demonstrate excellent copywriting and editing skills, research skills, problem solving and initiative.

Resilience is required to managing conflicting priorities which can create an element of stress,together with demonstrating the tenacity to secure results for our clients in challenging situations.


What we're looking for:


Ideally, we're looking at levels from AE to SAE with some good agency experience under your belt, whereby you can work with mínimal supervision on the implementation of campaigns.

However, whilst the experience is important, passion for PR is essential.

A lot of people will say they're passionate about PR within their 9-5 role, but this agency is looking for someone who is genuinely interested in current affairs, will listen to thenews and be able to utilise those stories to the benefit of their client.


You'll want to be involved with the professional PR world and to undertake training to make you an all-round, PR super star.

They're very centrally located in Birmingham, so whenyou are in the office (Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday) there's loads of easy transport links.
