Description

The successful applicant will have experience and knowledge of business processes and will have worked with an ERP system before, ideally in a support desk environment.

Some understanding of Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, MRP, Financials, Bookkeeping or Stock is essential.

The role will involve opening service calls in the ERP system, logging the issue, and resolving it. As you progress you will get involved in upgrades, installations and training customers.


The role provides an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing, vibrant business and gain exposure to a leading ERP software package.


Essential Skills

  • Capable of rapidly understanding business and system processes with customers.
  • A strong sense of ownership regarding the product and issues arising from its use.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Work well under pressure.
  • Good problem solving skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience working in a support desk environment.
  • SQL
  • MS Office
  • Network skills
  • Development / Coding

Please note this is a full time office based job.

£22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
