About us
Befab LTD has been established for over 30 years and is now Northern Ireland's leading Roof Sheeting, Purlin and Flashing supplier.
Based on the outskirts of Comber, we have a proud history of supplying the farming, commerical and residential housing markets throughout Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Proofread and verify data for errors or discrepancies
- Enter customer orders and maintain order entry system
- Provide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Transcribe information from various sources
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
Salary:
Up to £11.75 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
