We're looking for someone who has an intimate knowledge of civil registration, who has the gift of delivering complex learning with structure, simplicity and appeal.

You will be able to write appropriate training material, and use technology to add value and interest.

You can interpret new legislation and support modernisation agendas, and you will be creative in adapting your approach to ensure KPIs are achieved.

You will have experience in recruitment and on-boarding, and the planning of induction and training.


In short, you will have cross-service responsibility for ensuring the team has the skills and experience required for a Registration Service of the future, which supports new technology and process, and delivers service excellence to our communities and partners.
