Description

A Cross-Disciplinary Consultancy with an established client base are seeking a CDM Advisor to join their team in their Manchester office.

The CDM Advisor will provide advice to clients in line with the CDM Regulations 2015.


The CDM Advisor will be flexible to commute to on-site projects within their region providing the best value advice for our clients.


The CDM Advisor's Role

  • Supply preconstruction information
  • Provide advice to ensure the client complies with CDM Regulations 201
  • Understand & produce Construction Phase Plans
  • Provide Principal Designer duties
  • Understanding of CDM Regulations 2015

The CDM Advisor

  • 2+ years experience
  • NEBOSH certificate in Construction H&S
  • TechIOSH is preferred
  • Previous experience working in Heritage or Refurbishment is preffered
  • Previous experience carrying out Principal Designer duties

In return
- £35,000-£45,000

  • 24 days annual leave + Bank holidays
