Aftersales Administrator
£12.20 per hour - Salary equivalent £23,000
Temporary with the possibility to go permanent
Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week
Milton Keynes
You will be offering Admin support to the warranty team with various sites across the UK.
You will work in a team of 3 in the office, supporting the area managers with all admin related queries.
This is a friendly, busy team who are looking for an experiencedadministrator who can prioritise their workload effectively. You must have Administration experience and be an intermediate user of Excel.This is a busy role where no one day looks the same, if you are seeking variety this could be a great role for you.
The role
- Organise travel and hotels nationwide for the aftersales division
- Attend monthly and quarterly meetings and take minutes
- Maintain the itinerary for all managers and field staff
- Collate visit information from field staff
- Raise purchase orders
- Produce monthly reports, manipulate data in Excel you will need to know basic formulars
- Produce daily reports
- Collect and distribute post
- Adhoc admin for all the warranty team
Skills required
- Must have admin experience
- Previous admin experience within a supporting role desired
- Must he highly organised and hard working
- Must be an intermediate user of Excel
- Must have a flexible approach to work
- Must have a positive cando attitude
